Thoroughly enjoyed this fairly nice stay for 4 nights. We tried fruit juices, toast, eggs, and bacon, everything was excellent. The venue was in a remote location so close to city center, and the airport and shopping area.

Very impressed with twin room and top-class and particularly helpful stuff who try everything to provide good service. Nice and decent location just next door to restaurants and cafes and town centre; early check-in.

Really enjoyed having delicious and good breakfast.

The room was beautiful and adequate with an exceptionally good view. There were an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware too. The location turned out to be stunning, close enough to nice restaurant options, center of town, and restaurant over road

    Appreciated good views.

Overall had fabulous stay for 2 nights. The room we were changed to was exceptionally good and included a flat screen TV, coffee, and good heating. The most important was the staff - kind and obliging people. The continental breakfast was astonishing, had lots of options.

The service in the restaurant was exceptional. Our waitress was attentive and made our dining experience enjoyable. We were impressed with the variety and quality of the food. The chef even accommodated our special dietary requests without any issues.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences during our stay, such as the lack of a microwave in the room and the absence of parking spots, the hotel's convenient location made up for it. We were able to easily access nearby attractions and activities.

It was fine, only problem was the built in hair drier blew up on me and our room smelt of smoke for a little bit, they were quick to come up and check it though, and then test it again so a bit more smoke! We were not really offered anything as an appology

The car park was really icy, which made it difficult to even get to the entrance, I realised it is the middle of winter and its been snowing and freezing but this was really thick ice that had clearly been building up for a while, I think something should have been done earlier to make it a bit safer.

The hotel is on a stunning location short walk to the inner Queenstown and a mountain 10mins from town and Queenstown and Arrowtown. Besides, Ben Lomond Lavender Farm is 5 minutes' drive away. The room is beautiful, adequate comes with a large window looking out at the mountains and a double bed, as example.

The location was perfect, with beautiful scenery and a short drive to Shot Over Jet and Arrow Town. The staff were really nice, and the price was great compared to other places in Queenstown. The spacious room surprised me, and it was clean and comfy. The shower was really good and we enjoyed access to the hot spa.

There was nothing I didn't like.

the room was incredibly warm, even when it was incredibly cold outside, the bed was comfy, the bathroom had a bath and the bed was made daily. Definately the best value for money hotel in Queenstown, ideal location for skiing, 5 mins from town and good to be away from the hussle & bustle of town. Will definately stay again.

no coat hangers in cupboards or cutlery in room. Some of reception staff could of been more friendly.
